5 quick checks that indicate your roof needs help
The roof of your house is vital for maintaining a healthy home. We understand that not everyone can undertake frequent inspections, so here are 5 quick and easy checks you can do at home now, to avoid costly roof repairs in the future.
Cracked and broken tiles
Broken or damaged roof tiles can put your home at risk of water damage, mould, and wood rot, turning into a very expensive job to fix. While it will be difficult to see the minor tile chips from the ground, if a missing or broken tile is spotted, it should be replaced immediately.
