Refund & Return Policy
Our cancellation period is 7 days after purchase but before delivery. Once the items have been delivered no cancellations will be allowed.
Shipping & Packing Costs
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Toll & DHL for our deliveries. We deliver to Queensland only.
Policy On Returning Goods
We do not allow return of goods for any reason apart from those listed below. We do not accept return of non-damaged/defective goods.
Delivery Charge On Returning Goods
You will be responsible for the full cost of returning any goods to us.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
For any goods that we send that are damaged, defective or have been incorrectly sent by us we will arrange for the goods to be replaced over at our expense. the incorrect items need to be returned by you. We will cover the costs of returning these items.
Products returned exceeding the cancellation period
You cannot return products exceeding the cancellation period.
